Mechanical & Online Licences
Essential for recording cover versions of songs, creating audio or audio-visual productions, promotional CDs/DVDs, or using music on company websites. Mechanical licenses cover the reproduction or transfer of musical works from one format to another.
For online content like streaming, downloads, and podcasts, an Online License is necessary. However, these licenses do not cover content on third-party platforms like YouTube, so additional permissions may be required.

Online Licences
If you are hosting music on your website, allowing music to be streamed or downloaded, using music in your podcasts or for general entertainment, you are required to obtain a licence. Our licence covers the communication to the public of member’s works.
These licences do not extend to hosting content on third party websites and social media platforms such as YouTube.
Those wishing to live-stream via platforms such as Facebook and YouTube Please ensure you follow the terms of use and copyright requirements of each respective platform.
